If you change your mind about your purchase, you can of course request to return but this must be within 7 days of receiving your item. 

To initiate a return request, please contact crazylittlelove@outlook.com with your name and order number.

We politely ask that you return the item in it's original condition and packaging.
Please note for health & safety reasons we cannot accept returns on Face Masks/Coverings. We also do not accept returns on any of our personalised items.

Please note the delivery charge is not refundable and we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. We aim to process any request within 5 working days.

Do keep your postal receipt until we have taken delivery of the items.
